Cookies are small files that the browser stores to maintain sessions or preferences. This page describes the mechanisms identified in MailPrediction’s code. External resources may incorporate additional technologies under their provider’s terms.

1. Own technical cookies

Technical sessions and preferences
NamePurposeDuration
MAILPREDSESSIDMaintain the login session and security controls in the user area.Session, unless the server sets a duration.
PHPSESSIDPHP session in legacy flows that use the default name.Session.
_skel_lockTechnical preference of the legacy interface, if layout locking is enabled.Session; if the library’s persistent mode is enabled, until 1 January 2077 or until deleted.
mp_langRemembers the language you choose in the language selector of the public pages. It is only created when you choose a language; it is not used for analytics or advertising.1 year, or until deleted.

Cookies strictly necessary for the requested service do not require consent. Blocking them may prevent access or the correct operation of certain functions. The legal pages add no cookies and load no third-party resources.

2. Third-party services

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may use cookies such as _GRECAPTCHA and collect device and browsing data to assess automated submissions. Their duration and any other cookies depend on the version, the browser and the state of the Google account. See Google’s privacy policy and its cookie information.

Payment and email authorisation providers may use their own cookies when you access their pages. External fonts from Google Fonts transmit technical data when requested; a request for an external resource is not in itself a cookie.

3. Analytics, advertising and consent

No analytics or advertising tags of our own have been identified on the public pages reviewed. If non-essential cookies are added, they must be blocked until valid consent is obtained, with accept and reject options equally accessible and a mechanism to withdraw the choice. This policy does not replace that mechanism or grant consent by browsing.

4. How to control or delete cookies

You can view, block and delete cookies from your browser’s privacy settings, in the website data section. You can delete only the data of mailprediction.com or all browsing data. Deleting a cookie does not in itself withdraw the authorisations granted to an email provider; these are revoked from your account.

For questions about the technologies used, go to the contact form. More information in the privacy policy.
